RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Equalizer®. If for any reason you or your customer are not completely satisfied, please contact us.
Products may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returned products must be in like-new condition to be eligible for a refund. Items that show signs of use, damage, missing parts, or are not in resellable condition may be subject to a restocking fee or refusal at Equalizer®’s discretion. Any applicable restocking fee will be determined after the product is received and inspected.
To return an item, you must obtain an RMA number from the Equalizer® Customer Service Department. Please reference your original packing slip or invoice number when requesting a return.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and evaluated. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
Discontinued or tool repair parts are subject to review and approval. Equalizer® reserves the right to deny returns or credit on discontinued or tool repair parts.
After the return period, products will be covered by the manufacturer's warranty, as applicable.
