Equalizer® was founded in 1987, and in all that time, weʼve never had more than 35 employees.
From the start, weʼve believed that great products deserve bold marketing and customers deserve exceptional service. We quickly discovered a simple but powerful recipe, show up big at trade shows, create product catalogs that stood out, invent tools the industry had never seen before (including the first Equalizer® tool), and take care of customers better than anyone else.
Before long, auto glass technicians around the world saw Equalizer® as a reliable industry leader, right alongside much larger companies, even though we were just a small team doing great work.
