Express™ Blade Sharpener

The Equalizer® Express™ Blade Sharpener creates a precision chisel-type edge that keeps your auto glass cut-out knife operating at peak performance. It features a built-in hand guard to help protect against accidental contact with the blade during sharpening.

For best results, the blade should be sharpened every time the tool is used. When a bench grinder is not available, the Express™ Blade Sharpener provides a fast, effective touch-up that restores the blade to a razor-sharp edge in seconds. Simply draw the sharpener across the blade 3–4 times—sharpening typically takes about 10 seconds.

Unlike standard off-the-shelf sharpeners that create a V-shaped edge, the Express™ Blade Sharpener produces the correct chisel-type edge, ensuring proper cutting performance and reliable operation of your Equalizer® tool.
